Second-year returner Clark Barnes thrilled the Guelph Gryphons home crowd when he fielded a kickoff at his own two-yard line and returned it 108-yards for a touchdown. The arts major went essentially untouched the length of the field to help restore a two-touchdown cushion over the Waterloo Warriors and ultimately put the Gryphons in a position to win the pivotal OUA West Division game.

It was Barnes’ fourth career kick-return for a touchdown while also representing the lone kick return for a touchdown in U SPORTS in 2021.
