Team Canada | Alberta soccer alum Mitchell wins track cycling sprint gold at Tokyo 2020
Stefan Daniel of Calgary has won the bronze medal in the men’s PTS5 Para triathlon to reach the podium for a second straight Games.
The 24-year-old was third after both the swimming and cycling portions and clocked a final time of 59 minutes and 22 seconds. It is Canada’s ninth medal of the Games (one gold, five silver and three bronze).
