Brittany Crew, who has been on a five-week shot put winning streak, joined Sarah Mitton in the throws circle. After extending her win streak to six straight competition with a throw of 18.35 metres in Niagara, Crew would hit the 18 metre mark for the 49th time in her career at the Brampton Back to Track meet. Desgagnés came closest, with his time of 13:58.8, while Philibert-Thiboutot clocked in at 14:08.5.
