The Regina Cougars (14-2) become the top-ranked team in the U SPORTS women’s basketball Top 10 after winning a pair of games over the Lethbridge Pronghorns, 73-65 on Friday and 77-72 on Saturday.

Carleton Ravens (15-2) made the biggest move of the week, jumping three spots into the No. 2 position after sweeping two games. The Saskatchewan Huskies (14-2) maintained their No. 3 spot meanwhile, the Queen's Gaels (15-1) slid down into the No. 4 position, and the Winnipeg Wesmen (12-4) advanced one spot into No. 5.

Acadia Axewomen (12-3) moved up two spots into No. 6, Alberta Pandas (13-3) remained No.7, while the Ottawa Gee-Gees (15-2) slid down to No. 8. There are no changes for the Bishop's Gaiters (8-2) at No. 9 or the No. 10-ranked McMaster Marauders (12-4) No. 10.

There are four Top 10 matchups this week as the No. 2-ranked Ravens face the No. 8 Gee-Gees on Friday and No. 4 Queen’s on Saturday. Canada West sees a two-game series between the No. 6 Pandas and No. 3 Huskies on Friday and Saturday.
