Heading into Friday night's matchup, Masters was 34 points away from tying Robinson's record and 35 points away from breaking it. A first-year science student from Halifax, N.S., Sarty led the Tigers to a team win at the Kemp-Fry Invitational swim meet at Dalhousie University over the weekend. She won the 100m, 200m and 400m freestyle events, all with U SPORTS qualifying times. She set a new Dalhousie record in the 200m and narrowly missed setting a new AUS and Dalhousie record in the 100m event. Sarty is currently ranked eighth and sixth in those events, respectively and her time in the 400m ranks her at eighth in the country. Her results also rank her in Dalhousie’s all-time top three performances.

Sarty also had three more wins as part of the Tigers 400m and 800m freestyle relay and 400m medley relay teams and placed second in the 800m freestyle race.
