Canada West | CW talent thrived in CEBL bubble
The Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) announced its 2020 All-CEBL First and Second teams on Friday, with the champion Edmonton Stingers and the Hamilton Honey Badgers earning six of the 10 positions. The teams were selected through a vote of CEBL coaches, general managers and media covering the CEBL Summer Series.
Both teams consist of two guards and three forwards. The champion Stingers placed Xavier Moon, Jordan Baker, and Travis Daniels on the First team, along with Jean-Victor Mukama of Hamilton and Thomas Scrubb of Ottawa. Brianté Weber and Owen Klassen of the Honey Badgers were named to the Second team, where they’re joined by Tre’Darius McCallum of Guelph, and Jahenns Manigat and Olu Ashaolu of Fraser Valley.
