2023 CEBL U SPORTS draft class announced
VANCOUVER/TORONTO – U SPORTS announced Thursday that INDOCHINO, the global leader in made-to-measure apparel will be the title sponsor of the highly-anticipated 2025 U SPORTS Men's and Women's Basketball Championships, which will take place at the University of British Columbia’s iconic Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre and Historic War Memorial Gym, March 13th through 16th, 2025.
This partnership emphasizes a commitment to equality in sports and beyond, spotlighting both men's and women's basketball with equal enthusiasm, as the championships will unite the best men’s and women’s university basketball teams from across Canada, celebrating the excellence of student-athletes in both categories.

This event will mark the first time in U SPORTS history that a single university will play host to both the women's and men's Final 8 basketball tournaments, all on UBC's beautiful Point Grey campus, located within the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Musqueam people.

The women's and men's championships will each play games throughout the tournament at both venues with all medal games set to be played at the Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre which was built as a 2010 Olympic and Paralympic host site. The UBC Thunderbirds, INDOCHINO and British Columbia’s greater basketball community eagerly await a chance to welcome the top Canadian university basketball teams to the west coast in 2025.
