Laval’s Jessy Lacourse wins her seventh consecutive race in a time of 28:37.8 to be crowned RSEQ Women’s Cross-Country champion leading the Laval Rouge et Or to a team conference title. Laval remains atop the U SPORTS Women’s Cross-Country ranking.

The Top Five teams hold firm with OUA Champion Guelph Gryphons (88 points) at No. 2 and Canada West Champion UBC Thunderbirds at No. 3 with 76 points.  Canada West team silver medalists UBCO Heat climb two positions to No. 6 as this week’s biggest movers in Women’s Cross-Country.

This is the final Top 10 ranking as teams prepare for the U SPORTS Cross-Country Championships hosted by Dalhousie and Saint Mary’s on November 12.
