Mollenhauer captures third Hoffman award as U SPORTS Field Hockey player of the year

VICTORIA (U SPORTS) – Chloe Langkammer and Anni Kleinschmidt’s second and third-quarter goals proved to be the difference-makers as Victoria defeated York, 2-0, in the first game of the 2022 U SPORTS Women's Field Hockey Championship on Nov. 4.
Victoria’s goals were scored in the 24th and 55th minutes by Langkammer and Kleinschmidt, while Daya Shields recorded her sixth shutout of the season in goal for the Vikes.
The two sides will meet again on Nov. 5 for game two of the best-of-three series on the UVic Field Hockey Turf at 3 p.m. PT.
