Western’s Booth, McGill’s Frattaroli named U SPORTS hockey athletes of the week
U SPORTS announced today the Top 10 ranking in women’s hockey for the period ending December 4, 2022.
The UBC Thunderbirds (14-2-2) head into the holiday break ranked first in U SPORTS women’s hockey after a weekend sweep over Regina. Concordia Stingers (10-3-0) fall to No. 2, while Toronto Varsity Blues (11-2-0) rise to No. 3.
No. 4 Nipissing Lakers (11-1-1) and No. 5 Mount Royal Cougars (14-3-1) each climbed two positions, respectively, and No. 9 Alberta Pandas (12-5-1) and No. 10 Saint Mary’s Huskies (10-5-1) re-join the Top 10.
