Women’s Soccer Player of the Week: Katalin Tolnai, UBC

Katalin Tolnai led the UBC Thunderbirds to two wins with a pair of hat tricks this past week over the UNBC Timberwolves to secure first place in the Canada West Pacific Division standings. Tonai opened the weekend with a hat trick in a 6-0 win over Timberwolves on Friday. Tolnai scored another three goals in Saturday's rematch against the Timberwolves, helping UBC win by an identical 6-0 score.

Men’s Soccer Player of the Week: Ryan Lewis, Thompson Rivers

Ryan Lewis led the Thompson Rivers WolfPack to a pair of wins last week over the UBC Okanagan Heat. Lewis scored one goal in a 4-0 win over the UBCO on Friday and a hat-trick on Saturday in an identical 4-0 victory over the Heat. Lewis and the WolfPack will hit the road this weekend for games against the UBC Thunderbirds and UVic Vikes.
