Amanda Smith led the STFX X-Women in a pair of wins this past week over the Moncton Aigles Bleues and the Cape Breton Capers. Smith scored two goals in an 8-0 victory over Moncton and another 2 goals in a 2-1 win over CBU, tallying up a total of four goals over the two wins to help STFX maintain top spot in the AUS. Smith and the X-Women return to action Friday Sept. 15th to face the Mounties at Mount Allison.

Omar Marzouk led the Ontario Tech Ridgebacks in a pair of wins this past week over the Royal Military College and Laurentian. Marzouk scored 4 goals in an 8-0-win vs Laurentian on Saturday and another hat trick in an 8-0-shut out of RMC on Sunday. Marzouk and the Ontario Tech Ridgebacks return to action Friday Sept. 15th home against the Queen's Gaels.
