“I feel truly honoured to have received this year’s Peter Watts Memorial Grant. This award is helping me pursue my Masters of Journalism at Carleton University. I hope to carry on Peter’s legacy as I learn new journalistic skills and while competing for the Carleton Ravens swim team. Thank you again to the Watts family for their generosity.”

Students graduating high school and beginning their university education, as well as those with prior post-secondary experience in another field who pursue further studies in one of these areas are both accepted.
