Athletics Canada | U SPORTS alumni Crew, Philibert-Thiboutot getting back back on track
York Lions alum Brittany Crew continues to stay busy in the throwing circle, winning not only the Niagara Olympic Club shot put with a throw of 18.32 metres, but adding another victory to her season at the Back to Track meet in Brampton with a mark of 17.74 metres. Her shot put winning-streak now stands at five competitions.

Her fellow Canadian teammate and former Windsor Lancer Sarah Mitton also completed a historic Canadian performance, also throwing 18.08 metres at the Niagara Olympic Club meet, marking the first time two Canadian women threw past 18 metres on Canadian soil.
