The Guelph Gryphons continue to run well ahead of the field in the U SPORTS playoff rankings, as they finished conference championship weekend in top spot with 173.5 points, more than double No. 2-ranked Laval’s 76.83. Only teams still participating in conference playoffs or qualified for the U SPORTS championship are eligible to be listed in the U SPORTS playoff rankings.
The Calgary Dinos made the big move of the week, jumping three places to No. 7.
Saskatchewan and Western held steady at No. 3 and No. 4, respectively. While Toronto and Alberta switched places into No. 5 and No. 6.
Rounding out the rankings are No. 8 Regina (down one), No. 9 Manitoba (unchanged) and No. 10 Dalhousie (down two).
All teams are now preparing for the U SPORTS championships in Saskatoon on March 9-11.
