The International University Sports Federation (FISU) confirmed during its Executive Committee on Friday 14th May, that the Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games will take place at the end of June next year.
The world’s largest international multisport event for student-athletes is scheduled to take place on 26th June to 7th July 2022.
The event was postponed last month because of concerns surrounding the organization of such an event during heavy pandemic related restrictions.
