The defensive back picked off Mount Allison quarterback Justin Vogels in the third quarter, returning the interception 72 yards to the endzone, tying the game at 10-10 and putting the wheels in motion for a come-from-behind victory over the Mounties.

Butler added five tackles and the game-sealing pass breakup in the end zone as the Mounties were driving late in the game. Through five games played, Butler is tied for most interceptions in the AUS conference with three and leads the Huskies in total tackles (20.5).
