TORONTO – With 14 U SPORTS championship banners to be awarded over the next three weeks, U SPORTS is pleased to unveil its broadcasting plans for its 2024 winter championships.

CBC Sports returns as the exclusive English broadcast partner with coverage of every U SPORTS championship event across its digital platforms (CBC Gem, cbcsports.ca, the CBC Sports app for iOS and Android devices, and CBC Sports YouTube) beginning Saturday at 9 am ET with wall-to-wall coverage of the U SPORTS Wrestling Championships from the University of Guelph.
In addition to U SPORTS championships, CBC Sports has digital coverage of OUA and Canada West playoffs this weekend, including the OUA hockey and volleyball gold medal games and the Canada West volleyball finals. The full schedule is listed below.
TVA Sports is increasing its French language television coverage of U SPORTS championships this year, adding live broadcasts of the men’s and women’s basketball gold medal games on March 10 to its exclusive television coverage of the U SPORTS men’s and women’s hockey gold medal games on March 17.
Radio-Canada joins U SPORTS this winter, providing digital coverage of championships on its Radio-Canada.ca/Sports and ICI Tou.TV platforms for all championships, beginning with the U SPORTS Swimming Championships from Montreal starting March 7.
Curling Canada provides exclusive coverage of the U SPORTS/Curling Canada University championship on March 12-16 on CurlingCanada+. A one-time $10 subscription fee is required to watch coverage.

U SPORTS will announce the seedings of the 2024 hockey and volleyball championships during halftime of the men’s and women’s basketball gold medal games on Sunday, March 10.
