Victoria’s Anna Mollenhauer collected four goals over the weekend as the Vikes swept the UBC Thunderbirds to capture their fourth consecutive Canada West conference championship. On Sunday, Mollenhauer’s two first-quarter goals helped the Vikes run out to a 3-0 lead. The day before, the St. Michael’s University School alumna scored twice to help UVic to a 4-0 shutout win.
The Vikes (7-0-1) will host the 2022 U SPORTS Field Hockey Championship from Nov. 2-6, where they will play a best-of-three series against the OUA champion.
